Natacha Akinde, popularly recognized as Tacha from her time as a participant on Big Brother Naija, has issued a stern warning to the show’s organizers, accusing them of fraudulent behavior.
The catalyst for Tacha’s reaction was the recent issuance of two strikes to the ‘All-Stars’ Housemate Ilebaye, stemming from a physical altercation with Cee-C during an intense episode on Saturday night.
Speculations were rife among viewers that Ilebaye might face disqualification for her aggressive act, which involved pulling Cee-C’s hair during their heated confrontation. However, the decision was to give her two strikes, coupled with a penalty that she must fulfill within the upcoming week, in addition to being barred from participating in the Head of House competition.
Big Brother, in its announcement, cautioned that just one more strike would lead to Ilebaye’s expulsion from the house.
Responding to these events, Tacha, who had been disqualified from the ‘PepperDem’ edition of the show due to a similar incident involving Mercy Eke, took to Twitter to express her dissatisfaction. In her tweet, she labeled the BBNaija organizers as mere jesters and implied that their actions were deceptive. She also hinted at taking strong measures if an apology wasn’t extended to her.
Her tweet read: “According to Article 15, subsection 1 of the BIG BRODA Constitution……….. A bunch of JOKERS!!!!
“Can anyone suggest an alternative term for ‘419’? If an apology isn’t tendered to me by tomorrow!!! Expect a full-blown confrontation.”
It is clear that Tacha’s history on the show has informed her perspective on the recent developments and prompted her strong reaction against what she perceives as an injustice.
