At its Unpacked event, Samsung unveils the latest version of its Galaxy S line as well as the new Galaxy Tab S8 series.
Samsung Electronics held its Unpacked event on Wednesday, unveiling the latest Galaxy S models as well as three new tablets.
Despite the fact that we have already written about some of these devices, we will give you a quick overview.
All three models will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and will come in a variety of memory and storage configurations.
According to Samsung, the Galaxy S22 and S22+ feature the S series Contour-Cut design, which integrates the camera into the housing, and both are equipped with a 50MP main camera, a 10MP tele-lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
Samsung also unveiled the Galaxy Tab S8 series, which includes the company’s first-ever Ultra tablet. The Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, and S8 Ultra all come with a new 4nm processor and a S Pen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Plus
The screen and battery sizes are the main differences between the Galaxy Tab S8 and S8 Plus. The S8 has an 11-inch LED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, while the S8 Plus has a 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels. The 120Hz refresh rate on both screens allows for smooth scrolling and less eye fatigue. Both devices have USB Type-C 3.2 fast-charging capabilities, however the former has an 8,000mAh battery while the latter has an improved 10,090mAh battery to assist power its larger screen.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra
The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is clearly aimed at hybrid and at-home workers, since it features dual front cameras with up to 4K quality for video conversations and auto framing to keep you in the picture as you move around. Furthermore, effective noise suppression ensures that you are heard loud and clear.
