Xbox Game Pass Wave 2 Adds New Games in August

Microsoft has revealed the second wave of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in late August and early September. The new lineup includes several new releases and a major day-one addition.
Egging On Arrives Today
The physics-based game Egging On is available today for Game Pass Premium members.
The game adds a different kind of experience to the service. Players can jump in and see how its physics-based gameplay works for themselves.
More Games Are Coming
Several other titles will join Game Pass later this month. Vapor World: Over the Mind and Starsand Island are among the upcoming additions.
The biggest release comes on August 27. Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy will join Game Pass on day one, giving subscribers access to the game as soon as it launches.
Some Games Are Leaving
The latest Game Pass update also comes with some departures. NBA 2K26 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will leave the service in late August and early September.
Players who want to finish either game should check the dates and make the most of their remaining time.
