Xbox Game Pass July 2026: Upcoming Additions Amidst Corporate Restructuring

Recent developments at Microsoft have initiated a period of significant transition for the Xbox ecosystem. The corporation has officially confirmed impending price increases for its current console lineup, alongside industry rumors suggesting that the next-generation “Project Helix” hardware may launch with a retail price of at least $1,000.

Furthermore, under the leadership of newly appointed executive Asha Sharma, Microsoft is undergoing an aggressive restructuring initiative. This reorganization will unfortunately result in 3,600 job redundancies across the company. Additionally, prominent development studios—Double Fine, Compulsion Games, Ninja Theory, and Undead Labs—will transition out of the corporate umbrella to become independent entities.

Despite these substantial corporate adjustments, Microsoft continues to support its flagship subscription service, announcing a comprehensive wave of new software titles arriving on Xbox Game Pass this July.
