Recap Of The March 8th Apple Event.

Yesterday, March 8, Apple CEO Tim Cook took to the digital stage to reveal a slew of new products from the company. The presentation was mainly focused on performance, emphasizing how all of Apple’s new products were powered by strong Apple silicon CPUs.

iPhone SE

They presented an upgraded iPhone SE, Apple’s popular low-cost smartphone. It will be available for preorder on March 11th, with a starting price of $429. The new phone will be available on March 18.

According to Apple, the A15 chipset will also power the forthcoming iPhone SE; Apple introduced 5G in the current iPhone SE; Which is meant to last and has superior battery life.

The new iPhone SE includes all of iOS 15’s new features, as well as enhanced security. And it will continue to receive the most recent iOS updates for years to come.

iPad Air.

According to Tim Cook, Apple is bringing the performance of the iPad Air to the next level. The new iPad Air will be driven by an M1 8core GPU; Which is twice as fast as any competing tablet.

The display of the Air is Liquid Retina. The iPad has a better and enhanced front camera, with a 12-megapixel sensor. It comes with a slew of impressive new capabilities, including 5G compatibility for a faster connection. Apple made the iPad entirely of recycled materials.

The iPad Air costs $599 USD. Ordering will commence on Friday, and availability will begin on March 18th.

M1 Ultra.

Apple has released the M1 Ultra chip for Mac desktops, which has a performance of 800 GB/sec, a 20-core CPU, and a 64-core GPU, and is 8X faster than the M1 chipset that supports Neural engine. This chip will change the game.

It was also mentioned that M1 Ultra is faster, lag-free, and has more opportunity for creativity when working in a 3D environment, resulting in increased productivity.

Mac Studio.

During the live event, Apple unveiled Mac Studio. The Mac Studio has a 7.7-inch square shape that takes up very little space and is designed to give the greatest deliverable performance. Performance of Mac Studio: When compared to the iMac and Mac Pro, the M1 Max is 2.5 times quicker than the iMac and 50% faster than the Mac Pro. It runs at 3.4 times the speed of an iMac.

Mac Studio claims to enable the most difficult creative and working environments to be creative. When it comes to performance, Mac Studio is a beast. It has Gigapixel picture editing capabilities and fluid playback. On the environmental front, Mac Studio uses less energy (below 1000 kilowatts) and all magnets are made entirely of recycled rare earth components. At the live presentation, Apple unveiled Mac Studio, which features a 12 MP ultra-wide camera and a three-mic array for improved voice clarity.

A New iPhone 13 Variant.

Apple also unveiled a new color variation of the iPhone 13, Alpine Green, which will be available for booking starting this Friday (in the United States) and for sale starting March 18, 2022.
